Specifically created for use in servicing the very popular HP/Agilent brand model
G1322A
HPLC degasser modules. NOTE: This kit does NOT fit the model G1379B degasser. We offer these service parts in a 'kit package' at a greatly reduced price (vs. ~ ,800+ USD from the manufacturer/vendor). The most economical way to purchase the most commonly needed replacement parts! When your vacuum pump fails, the end of life has also been reached for the 3-port solenoid valve and internal vacuum tubing. To obtain maximum performance and value, these parts should be replaced anytime the vacuum pump is replaced. Never replace a degasser vacuum pump alone (the vacuum tubing and vacuum valve are often worn out and contaminated, requiring replacement). This kit provides the basic parts to perform a routine degasser service.
Important Notes:
For professional installation in systems with CLEAN, fully decontaminated, leak free vacuum chambers and a working vacuum & sensor control circuit

Vacuum chamber(s), sensors, control circuitry are not included in this kit).
If you have any contaminated or leaking vacuum chambers and/or leaking/damaged vacuum sensor, damaged vacuum circuit or other problem not addressed by these degasser kit parts, then this service kit will NOT FIX the problem(s).
Installation into a contaminated degasser may result in damage to and/or contamination of the replacement parts. No returns will be accepted.
This service parts-kit includes the following 3 Items:
Vacuum Pump (Refurbished):
Agilent / HP Part Number,
G1322-60000,
VACUUM DEGASSING HPLC Pump, 24 VDC. This is the Factory pump used in HP/Agilent model G1322A and G1379A degasser modules. These pumps typically last ~ 3 to 5 years before failing. They are a normal wear-and-tear part which requires regular replacement over time. The pumps are the most common part to fail and result in a steady YELLOW light on the degasser (which indicates the degasser is no longer functioning properly and requires repair). Once the light turns RED, the degasser is completely broken and will shut down. This professionally refurbished and tested vacuum degassing pump  is ready for installation in a clean model G1322A or G1379
A
HPLC degasser. Includes new, higher quality chamber coupler vacuum tubing, short exhaust outlet tube and steel tray with rubber feet (as shown in example pictures). Note: Never relay on the error status light alone for indication of a problem. The error system is prone to failure.
3-port Solenoid Valve (New)
:
A Brand New, fully tested 3-port, 24 VDC vacuum solenoid degasser valve,
G1322-60003
, is also included in the kit. This kit includes the valve version with the Agilent "keyed" factory 2-pin gray or black power connector. Optionally,
a "universal" style 2-pin keyless power connector for easy attachment to other systems is available. Other connector types such as the JST version may also available (*contact me PRIOR to purchase).
Vacuum Tubing (New):
Also included as standard is a special KIT with pre-cut tubing sections (for the G1322A only) of higher quality, thick-walled vacuum tubing so you can replace the existing contaminated, dried out and/or cracked factory tubing in the model G1322A degasser (*we do not supply the poor quality OEM thin-walled tubing which requires the spring supports). This is much higher quality tubing than originally supplied. The internal vacuum tubing should
always
be replaced when installing replacement pumps, solenoid valves and/or chambers (or when the original vacuum tubing is more than five years old).

BEFORE ordering
and we will replace the standard tubing kit supplied for the G1322A with
a single, long section
of special high purity vacuum tubing that YOU can 'cut-to-fit' and replace the original vacuum tubing with (*due to the use of different vacuum chamber styles, the tubing layout is different in different versions of the G1379A so it is not possible to offer a single pre-cut tubing kit that will fit all versions of the G1379

).
*Note: The first three photos show the tubing kit supplied for the G1322A systems and the last photo shows the OPTIONAL tubing kit supplied for the G1379

Because variations in the length of tubing used in the G1379A modules exist, t
he tubing for the G1379A kit is supplied as one section, which YOU will custom cut into sections for use, as applicable to your degasser. This will insure correct fit. If you need the G1379
A
version, please contact us to request one (BEFORE ORDERING), as these service kits include the G1322A style tubing kit as standard. You will receive pre-cut tubing for a model G1322A system unless you formally contact us through ebay and request the longer lengths of uncut tubing for the G1379A, BEFORE you pay for your purchase. **Please note that this service kit will not work in and
does not fit
the model
G1379B
degasser.
Only the above mentioned, 3 items are included in this kit. They should be installed by a trained service engineer into a clean, leak free, contamination free system. *NO Vacuum chambers or other parts are included in this kit.

buyer is responsible for insuring that these parts are appropriate for their own instrument(s), application(s) and/or intended use
. Installation, qualification and/or training are not included in the purchase price. These parts should only be installed by a qualified person with proper training and experience. For buyers who purchase parts from us, we do offer limited, free technical support, so please feel free to ask questions and we will do our best to assist you. Before replacing any vacuum degassing pump or solenoid valve, please insure that you do not have any vacuum chamber leaks or contamination present in the system (which may result in early failure of the system).
